Family sessions hold a special place in my heart. Maybe because I'm a parent myself, or maybe it's because I loved looking at family pictures as a kid. Whatever the reason, my goal is to make your family portrait session fun and to keep you relaxed while we create some amazing photos you will be proud to hang on the wall for years to come. I am happy to tailor your session to what you're looking for, even if that might be a more candid photoshoot with pictures of your kiddos giggling and laughing (which make my whole heart happy). Some of my favorite photos of my own kids are what other photographers might consider outtakes. I typically make sure to create a mix of lifestyle and posed "smiling" pictures, because most families end up choosing something a little more traditional to share with the grandparents. It's all about making the family's experience fun.
